The Artist have the right to decline commission requests for any reason.
By commissioning me, you agree to the rules and TOS stated above.PAYMENTS
Payments are all made through VGen's built-in payment system.Full payment must be made prior to the Start of Work. Payment plans are possible for commissions over 100 USD.REVISIONS
The client is entitled to three (3) major revisions.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
For the Streaming Pack, the deadline is usually a few days over than a month, starting from the day in which the project is to be started.Commissioner will be updated in case the artwork takes longer than the estimated time due to health/personal issues.USE
Commissions are for PERSONAL and NON-COMMERCIAL use only. In case of commercial usage, a fee will be applied, depending on how the artwork will be used.Do not modify, copy, or trace my work, nor claim it as your own. Reselling my works as NFTs is strictly prohibited, as well as any AI usage involving my work.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Original works on this site, or at any links associated with this site, and commissions authored by Mahh_Happy are registered and protected under the Copyright Act and may not be used without explicit written permission of the artist.The Client is to refrain from submitting copyrighted or AI-generated material as composition ideas or inspirational references. Copyrighted material includes artwork from other artists. The Artist will decline requests that suggests heavy-referencing copyrighted material.REFUNDS
No refunds will be accepted once the commission has been started.
Full refund will be issued in the event that the Artist must cancel work due to sudden unavailability or emergency.COMMUNICATION
The communication will be made through email, twitter DM, or discord, so please provide your preferred methods on the form. The progress shots will be sent there as well.
